This is a clean hotel with great views of the water. For a small inn, they have great service with keypad access for the rooms. I had a very good experience here. I felt safe and felt like everything was clean and well maintained.

Unexpected gem. We read reviews, and I think there's some confusion about the parts of the inn--there's a section that is closer to the restaurant, and then this section, more recently built, which are more independent rooms. Grab the latter! The view of this hotel is remarkable: We got up early to view th sunrise, and it was spectacular. And if there's fog (which, be clear--there probably will be), it's a moody and serene experience. The room itself is very stark, but it's all about the view. Disliked · If noise bothers you, be aware that creaking floorboards from above happens--pay for the upper unit. If sharing a deck bothers you, pay for the upper unit. You basically hear everything. The room is also a bit Spartan, but it's ok for us. The view makes up for it.

This review is for the restaurant. We walked in at 12:30pm on a Friday and there was only one other table taken, so we wondered how good this place was....but within 30 minutes the restaurant was packed! Definitely known by the locals. We had the fish n chips (huge, fresh, delicious). The crab cake - they say on the menu all crab and it certainly was!! Finally the lobster roll and a small cup of seafood chowder. The lobster roll was the best - no filler! Very little mayo (the way we like it). I took photos of the menu as the pricing online is out of date. The service was good. We stopped here on the way to Campobello. A great stop!

This wonderful family owned motel blew us away. Clean, beautiful accommodations and a picturesque setting. Simply quintessential Maine and definitely the way life should be. The rooms are lovely with amazing water views. There is a terrific common area where there is a fully stocked kitchen. If you don’t want to cook, the attached restaurant serves up a wonderful breakfast and lunch. Lubec is quiet at this time of year but exactly what we love. It’s so relaxing here. The owners are accommodating and friendly. Being from away, we come up here to decompress from the hectic pressure filled lives we live. We are so thankful that these parts of our country exist. We will certainly be back!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The views from our room were out of this world. Saw an eagle fly by outside our window one day. Room was quaint and clean. Staff were really friendly. Restaurant had really good food and the wait staff were very friendly and attentive. Took the Downeast Charter Boat Tours which is located beside the Inn. Captain was super friendly and knowledgeable. We saw a Minke whale, seals and bald eagles!

I can't recommend this inn, enough. My husband and I have stayed there a few times the last few months while looking to purchase property in Lubec. And the rooms here are delightful and charming. Clean and the host, Nadia, is just lovely and so accommodating. Stay here if you get the chance. The view is STUNNING.

Upon arriving at the Inn, we were wonderfully surprised by the view and proximity to the water!! There is also a common dining and kitchen area for guests to share, along with a small selection of books. Truly wish we could have stayed longer!

Natasha went above and beyond for us! We called last minute (at night) and set us up in a wonderful apartment with 2 King Beds & 2 Full bathrooms! Included was a washer and dryer, which was a bonus! They even cooked us meals even though the restaurant had just closed. The bed was very comfortable! We couldn't have asked for more! Thank You!!
